Layers

This is nearly perfect except for two things: The eraser, and the final layer. Sometimes, if I use the eraser too much, it doesnt work like it should. It kind of acts like a smudge tool. It takes a circle of the existing color, places it, then erases half of it to create this weird layered effect. Not good for an eraser! And the final layer is:immovable, below all other layers, and you cant change the opacity. At the very least put it at the top layer! I am trying to put a dark background on one of the "sketch" layers, and it shows up over the "final layer". I would draw in a pen, and it completely covers up my character!
